Youth and Work

This week If I Only Knew leans heavily into our theme of intergenerational discussions, taking on a discussion over how today's young people see work, and how they behave in it. Fred's extensive experience as a manager and recruiter provides great insights, while Matt addresses some of the typical narratives in our culture around young people and 'laziness'.

Tune in this week to learn how attitudes to work have changed, and the tangible benefits that this brings to everyone involved.
